We are searching for dynamic members for one of our rapidly growing organization Ultrapolymers at Şişli Ofis;

The successful candidate should have the following experience and skills;

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in plastic raw materials industry,
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering (Preferably in Chemical Engineering and Metallurgical and Materials Engineering) or Chemistry or similar discipline,
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in plastic raw materials industry, (PE,PP, Engineering Polymers experience preffered)
  • Excellent written and spoken English,
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, a good team player,
  • Result oriented, strong personality with a positive approach and can do attitude,
  • Proactive and ready to take initiatives with an entrepreneur mindset,
  • No restriction of travelling. Candidates should have a driving license with minimum two years of driving experience.
  • Responsible for closing sales deals with existing customers of the assigned product portfolio in his/her territory,
  • Address customers' needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to develop and maintain strong relationships,
  • Monitor the market dynamics and competition closely, find and develop new potential customers, new markets and new opportunities,
  • Maintain and update the CRM database with all required data,
  • Participate in supplier trainings and technical seminars, trade shows, webinars as necessary,
  • Responsible for following up the finance status/payment performance of the customers,
  • Prepare and present reports on areas of responsibility.
