We are looking for a Personal Care Business Unit Manager to join Ravago Türkiye Group company Vidara, at our Ataşehir office.

Desired Qualifications:

  • BS degree in Engineering preferably in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related discipline,
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in personal care, cosmetics  or related sectors,
  • Proven background in sales leadership, strategic planning, and team management,
  • Excellent written and spoken English,
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute growth strategies,
  • Experienced in working with suppliers, R&D and cross-functional teams,
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills,
  • Result-oriented, agile, proactive, and capable of making independent decisions,
  • Advanced level of MS Office and CRM applications,
  • No restriction for travelling.

What We Expect from You:

  • Defining and executing business strategies to ensure growth and profitability,
  • Leading and motivating the business unit team to achieve annual targets,
  • Building and maintaining long-term strategic relationships with key customers and suppliers,
  • Driving new business development and expansion into emerging markets,
  • Monitoring and analyzing market dynamics and competitor activities,
  • Preparing and managing annual budgets, forecasts, and strategic reports,
  • Representing the company at industry events and exhibitions,
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and operational excellence,
  • Providing mentorship, direction, and performance evaluation for the team.
