We are looking for Sales Leaders to join Ravago Türkiye Group company Kimteks, at our Ataşehir office.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field,
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in coatings, polymers, pigments, synthetic leather, or related industries,
  • Strong customer relationship management and sales development skills,
  • Technical understanding of at least one of the following areas:
    Industrial coatings, powder coating pigments, polymers (synthetic leather), or polymers (others),
  • Proactive, result-oriented, and strong communicator,
  • Good command of English (written and spoken),
  • Advanced MS Office and CRM proficiency,
  • No travel restrictions.

What We Expect from You:

  • Implementing sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and market share,
  • Leading the business unit team to achieve sales and profitability targets,
  • Developing long-term relationships with identified key customers and suppliers,
  • Identifying and following up on new business opportunities,
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure operational excellence,
  • Preparing annual plans, budgets and performance reports,
  • Monitoring market trends, competitors and customer expectations,
  • Attending conferences, exhibitions and other events that support business growth and company reputation,
  • Coaching and developing team members to enhance their professional performance.
