We are searching for dynamic members to be assigned as "Data & Business Analitics Specialist’’ in our Ataşehir Office for our rapidly growing organization, Ravago Türkiye Group company Kimteks.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, etc.)
  • Minimum 4 years of experience
  • Interest in data literacy, analysis, and problem-solving
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
  • Strong follow-up and prioritization skills
  • Team player
  • Proactive mindset towards system changes and cultural transformation
  • Good command of English

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide daily operational support to CRM users (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Analyze user needs and business requirements, and prepare functional improvement proposals
  • Monitor and ensure effective use of CRM processes (lead, opportunity, activity, etc.)
  • Act as a bridge between business units and IT teams, documenting requirements
  • Coordinate UAT processes for new system implementations and enhancements
  • Support master data management and data standardization initiatives
  • Prepare analytical reports and dashboards to provide insights for sales and management teams
  • Deliver user trainings and support adoption processes
