We are searching for dynamic members for our rapidly growing organization for our company;

The successful candidate should have the following experience and skills;

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Chemical or Mechanical Engineering),
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment,
  • Advanced level of both written and spoken English,
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications and ERP systems (Production Planning & Stock Management modules),
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and coordination skills,
  • Analytical thinking, strong planning and organizational skills, and attention to detail.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Develop and manage production strategies to optimize cost efficiency (raw material, conversion cost, activity rate, etc.) and profitability,
  • Lead demand planning, inventory management, line scheduling, and materials requirements planning processes,
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to align production plans for make-to-stock and make-to-order products, ensuring flexibility and prioritization,
  • Monitor and improve key KPIs such as product quality, production variance, inventory turnover, order lead times, product availability, and service level.
