We are looking for an Import Specialist to join Ravago Türkiye at our Ataşehir office.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field,
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in import operations,
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English,
  • Experience in a multinational corporation is a plus,
  • Strong knowledge of import regulations,
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications,
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills,
  • Hardworking, highly motivated, and a team player.

What We Expect from You:

  • Entering purchase orders into the system and sending them to suppliers,
  • Monitoring order delivery performance and ensuring timely arrival,
  • Creating material records in the system as per procedure,
  • Managing and tracking orders, updating arrival changes in the system, and informing the sales division,
  • Preparing import files,
  • Coordinating with customs agents,
  • Obtaining freight quotes from shipping companies and arranging logistics upon price approval,
  • Regularly updating the import list in the system,
  • Registering received materials in the system.
