We are searching for a dynamic members to be assigned as "Sales Executive" for our rapidly growing organization.
The successful candidate should have the following experience and skills;
- BS degree in related fields (preferably in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering),
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in specialty lubricants, preferably in the automotive, white goods, and/or heavy industry sectors,
- Good at written and spoken English,
- Advanced computer skills and knowledge of MS Office programs,
- Strong planning, organizational, and negotiation skills,
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive and team-oriented approach,
- Dynamic, adaptable, and open to innovation,
- Target oriented thinking and problem-solving competency,
- No restriction of travelling,
- Candidates should have a driving license with minimum two years of driving experience.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Developing and implementing product and market strategies for the domestic and international sales of Molykote High-Performance Lubricant products within our product portfolio,
- Collaborating with Sales and Technical Departments to take responsibility for both technical and commercial aspects of sales activities,
- Conducting market research, identifying potential customers and new markets, and monitoring competitor products and activities,
- Developing new project ideas and providing technical guidance to customers,
- Managing the entire sales cycle, from initial customer contact to final delivery and payment collection,
- Supporting marketing initiatives, including participation in sectoral fairs, seminars, and promotional activities,
- Contributing to the preparation of department budgets, particularly in the areas of fairs, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns,
- Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing dealers and customers while actively seeking new business opportunities,
- Providing technical support and training to ensure maximum customer satisfaction,
- Ensuring the application and maintenance of the Quality Management System, reporting on system performance and suggesting improvements,
- Acting as a liaison between the company and third-party stakeholders, aligning with company policies and strategic objectives.
