We are searching for dynamic members to be assigned as "Senior Purchasing and Logistics Specialist’’ for our rapidly growing organization.

The successful candidate should have the following experience and skills;

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related departments,
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in similar roles,
  • Good command of import and export procedures,
  • Experience in Office programs and ERP, SAP and similar software,
  • Knowledge and experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001,
  • Excellent written and spoken English,
  • Proactive and prone to teamwork,
  • Residency in the European side (preferably in Halkalı, İkitelli).

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Coordinating the purchasing needs of departments with finance, marketing and technical departments,
  • Researching potential domestic and international suppliers and determining based on quality, price, and delivery conditions,
  • Finding new sources of raw materials and evaluating relevant proposals,
  • Procuring needs related to operational, security and laboratory needs,
  • Procuring services (vehicle rental, communication, customs clearance, calibration, maintenance equipment, certification companies),
  • Receiving and evaluating bids,
  • Creating purchase requests,
  • Resolving purchase-related issues,
  • Setting annual goals and conducting activities to achieve them,
  • Applying for and monitoring the Control Certificate for imported products,
  • Preparing documents during the renewal process of capacity reports for Mineral Oil and Textile Auxiliary Chemicals, following the audit process,
  • Corresponding with EPDK, monitoring compliance, following regulations, and preparing and uploading relevant reports to the EPDK system.
