We are searching for dynamic members for one of our rapidly growing organization Ravago at Ataşehir Office.
The successful candidate should have the following experience and skills;
- University degree,
- Min 7 years of experience in a similar position,
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications,
- Analytical thinking and strong planning, organizational skills and attention to detail are required,
- Team player; eager to cooperate with others, has exceptional interpersonal-communication skills,
- Strong demonstrated negotiation and conceptual skills,
- Ability to work to tight deadlines in a multi-discipline environment,
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ability to develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives, ensuring long-term value and sustainability,
- Proficiency in analyzing data, market trends, and financial reports to make informed purchasing decisions and identify cost-saving opportunities,
- Expertise in negotiating contracts, prices, and terms with suppliers to secure the best deals while maintaining good supplier relationships,
- Strong skills in building and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers, ensuring reliable supply chains and quality materials,
- Ability to manage and control procurement budgets, find cost-effective purchasing solutions, and reduce costs without compromising quality,
- In-depth understanding of procurement processes, policies, and procedures, including legal and regulatory requirements,
- Capability to lead, mentor, and develop a procurement team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment,
- Effective communication with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and other departments to ensure smooth procurement operations and address any issues promptly,
- Commitment to ethical practices in all procurement activities, ensuring transparency, fairness, and compliance with company policies and regulations,
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and solve problems efficiently, ensuring continuity of supply and mitigating risks,
- Familiarity with procurement software and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
