We are searching for dynamic members for our rapidly growing organization for our company at Ataşehir Office.
The successful candidate should have the following experience and skills;
- BS degree preferably in Civil Engineering or Architecture,
- Minimum 6 years of sales experience in dealer channel sales, preferably experienced in heat insulation / water insulation,
- Analytical thinking and problem solving skills,
- Good at written and spoken English,
- Advanced computer skills and knowledge of MS Office programs,
- Strong communication skills and taking active role as a team member,
- Target oriented thinking,
- Strong planning, organizational skills,
- No restriction of travelling,
- Candidates should have driving experience.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Conducting visits to relevant business partners, dealers, and sub-dealers as part of product promotion activities in the assigned region,
- Introducing technically specialized products at dealer and application points, developing proposals to support sales, and managing all related processes,
- Conducting market research and reporting,
- Regularly visiting dealers and customers to develop and maintain relationships,
- Supporting the development of sales and marketing strategies that dealers need for their business growth,
- Planning all sales activities within the assigned region and manage dealer processes related to potential projects,
- Tracking projects, preparing sales reports, conducting analyses, and sharing findings with relevant departments,
- Identifying and providing training needs for dealers and application technicians,
- Actively participating in all meetings and trade fair events,
- Monitoring the entire process from collection to product delivery,
- Coordinating dealer orders with headquarters, and ensuring the resolution of any issues by communicating with the dealers.
