We are searching for dynamic members of our rapidly growing organization.

The successful candidate should have the following experience and skills;

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Natural Sciences, preferably in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry,
  • Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken),
  • At least 5 years of export sales experience, preferably in Plastic Raw Materials such as TPU,
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint),
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team,
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills,
  • A willingness to learn and a target-oriented mindset,
  • No travel restrictions,
  • For male candidates, completion of military service is required.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Support all direct sales activities and drive market growth in the assigned territory,
  • Conduct market research to identify new customers, markets, and opportunities,
  • Maintain regular contact with customers through visits, demonstrations, and negotiations to meet sales targets,
  • Address customer inquiries, issues, and requests by coordinating with relevant departments to ensure customer satisfaction,
  • Monitor and report on sector and market developments,
  • Manage customer proposals and payment processes,
  • Prepare detailed reports on customer visits, sales, and payments.
