We are searching for a Product Manager - PE for our rapidly growing organization UltraPolymers at Istanbul Office.

The successful candidate should have the following skills and experience;

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering (Preferably in Chemical Engineering and Metallurgical and Materials Engineering) or Chemistry or similar discipline,
  • Minimum of 7 years of sales and/or product management experience preferably in polyethylene market,
  • Demonstrated success in sales, product management and new customer acquisition,
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority,
  • Strong personality with a positive approach and can do attitude,
  • Excellent team working skills,
  • Strategic and analytical thinking,
  • Result and solution-oriented mindset,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
  • Proactive and ready to take initiatives with an entrepreneur mindset,
  • No restriction of travelling. 


  • Driving business strategy for polyethylene product portfolio in line with company’s overall strategy and goals,
  • Managing the current polyethlene suppliers and develop new potential suppliers,
  • Product positioning, stock management, and pricing along with the overall profitability of the product line,
  • Conducting sales activities of the assigned customer portfolio along with developing new potential customers, new markets and new opportunities,
  • Supporting sales team at key strategic polyethylene customers,
  • Following up the market dynamics and competitors closely. Define, report and act in a timely manner of risks and opportunities,
  • Participating in supplier trainings and technical seminars, trade shows, webinars as necessary.
