We are searching for dynamic members for one of our rapidly growing organization Ravago at Ataşehir Office.

The successful candidate should have the following experience and skills;

  • University degree,
  • Min 7 years of experience in a similar position,
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office applications,
  • Analytical thinking and strong planning, organizational skills and attention to detail are required,
  • Team player; eager to cooperate with others, has exceptional interpersonal-communication skills,
  • Strong demonstrated negotiation and conceptual skills,
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines in a multi-discipline environment,
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Ability to develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives, ensuring long-term value and sustainability,
  • Proficiency in analyzing data, market trends, and financial reports to make informed purchasing decisions and identify cost-saving opportunities,
  • Expertise in negotiating contracts, prices, and terms with suppliers to secure the best deals while maintaining good supplier relationships,
  • Strong skills in building and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers, ensuring reliable supply chains and quality materials,
  • Ability to manage and control procurement budgets, find cost-effective purchasing solutions, and reduce costs without compromising quality,
  • In-depth understanding of procurement processes, policies, and procedures, including legal and regulatory requirements,
  • Capability to lead, mentor, and develop a procurement team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment,
  • Effective communication with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and other departments to ensure smooth procurement operations and address any issues promptly,
  • Commitment to ethical practices in all procurement activities, ensuring transparency, fairness, and compliance with company policies and regulations,
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and solve problems efficiently, ensuring continuity of supply and mitigating risks,
  • Familiarity with procurement software and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
