We are searching for dynamic members of our rapidly growing EP Business unit organization;

The successful candidate should have the following experience and skills;

  • BS degree in Engineering, Master degree preferred but not required,
  • 7+ years of export sales/project management experience in automotive industry,
  • Strong and effective verbal and written English and German level,
  • Demonstrated proficiency using and applying engineering and project management methodologies, tools & techniques,
  • Demonstrated excellent time management, organizational and follow-up skills,
  • Ability to creatively manage concepts and strategies that may be new and maturing in details and structure,
  • No travel restrictions.

 

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Supporting all direct and project sales activities and improving the market in the assigned territory to all engineering plastic needs,
  • Focusing on growing and developing existing and new clients, together with generating new business,
  • Maintaining regular contact with all customers by customer visits,demonstrations and negotiations in order to achieve targets,
  • Identify customer needs and match these needs to the company's product solutions,
  • Identify and be familiar with customers' purchasing processes and procedures, including engineering methods and quality systems requirements.
